method known as media blasting or abrasive
blasting for the preparation of our component
surfaces prior to the powder coating process.
Blast media and blasting abrasives are used to
provide surface texturing and preparation,
etching (for superior adhesion), finishing and
de-greasing our materials made of metal.

process to give our products a durable and

C3 Fabrication & Powder Coating LLC uses a
powder coating process that is environmentally
friendly and is a type of coating that is
applied as a free flowing, dry powder. The
main difference between a conventional liquid
paint and powder coating is that the powder
coating does not require a solvent to keep the
binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension
form.
The coating is applied electro-statically and is
then cured under heat to allow it to flow and
form a durable skin. Powder coating is
used to created a hardened finish that is much
tougher than your conventional paint. This
coating is mainly used for coating metals and
automotive parts such as the ones we
manufacture.
